SERVETTE FCCF – FC ZÜRICH FRAUEN 3-0 (2-0)

History! The Servettiennes defeat Zürich 3-0 and reach the first Swiss Cup final in their history.
What an evening at the Stade des Arbères! This semi-final of the Swiss Cup drew the crowd to Meyrin since more than 2,000 spectators attended a prestigious victory for the Servettiennes against FC Zürich Frauen who seemed overwhelmed for almost the entirety of the match.

It’s simple, after 20 minutes of madness, Eric Sévérac’s proteges were already leading 2-0 and could even have scored the third but the post saved the players from the edge of the Limmat on a strike from Coumba Sow. It was Korhonen and Padilla who had lit the first wicks in three minutes in the 14th and 16th minute.

In a totally mastered second half, the SFCCF controlled and then killed all suspense at the end of the match on an anthology solo by Sandrine Mauron which entered shortly before.

Direction the final of the Swiss Cup for the Garnet! This will take place on Saturday, April 29. We will communicate more information on this in the coming days.

Servette FCCF thanks all its supporters, partners, and FC Meyrin for the sublime welcome that has been reserved.

On the way to the Final!
