The results show a moderate increase in hemoglobin – by 3.8% and in ferritin by 13.4%. Significant increase in haematocrit by 5% and in red blood cells by 7.5%. The results also show a significant decrease in the inflammatory markers IL-8 (-22.3%), IL-6 (-14.4%) and TNF (-16.4%). In addition, the body fat index BMI showed a reduction of 6.97% at a baseline BMI of 28.6 kg/m2.

In the third study, 20 healthy subjects were treated with 4 g of bioactive peptides once daily for a period of 128 days. Results show significant improvement in energy levels, optimization of red blood cell production, reduction of inflammation markers, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) via the upregulation of natural defence systems in the body.

In the clinical trial of bioactive peptides on stamina, energy and vitality, 21 of 24 subjects showed a 90% confidence level, statistically significant increase in energy and vitality scores from baseline on day 1 at the end of the 4-week trial. After the two-week washout period, 5 out of the 11 subjects who showed statistical improvement in energy and vitality still showed an improvement.
