FC LUCERNE – SERVETTE FCCF: THE CHAMPIONSHIP RESUMES ITS RIGHTS

After beating FC Küssnacht in the Swiss Cup, the Servettiennes are back in central Switzerland to face FC Lucerne this Saturday at 4 p.m.

For their debut in the Swiss Cup, Eric Sévérac’s players had no great difficulty in overcoming FC Küssnacht with an impressive score of 12 to 0.

In the league, the Lucernese alternate the good and the less good. With 3 wins for 3 losses, the central Swiss team ranks in the soft underbelly of the table with the aim of going to annoy the leading quartet formed by Grasshopper, Zürich, YB and Servette.

Because bothering the Garnets, the Lucernoises are capable of it. Last season, Eric Sévérac and his players won the two matches against Lucerne. Both times on the minimal score of 1 to 0. The Lucernoises will also be able to count on the current great form of Chiara Messerli and Jael Jost, both of whom have scored 4 goals since the start of the season. The Garnet will also have to be wary of Sina Cavelti, co-top scorer of the previous season.

To counter this offensive armada, the Garnets can count on an iron defense, the 2nd best behind YB. See you this Saturday at 4 p.m. for the meeting!

Servette FCCF meetings can be followed on the club’s social networks and in Livestreaming.
